Your data lives in your Google Drive

All of your financial records and personal details — income, expenses, budgets, assets, liabilities, goals and settings — are stored directly in your own Google Drive account. The app reads and writes a single ledger file that belongs to you, so you keep full ownership and control at all times. A copy is also kept on your own device so the app keeps working offline.

What we do not do

  • We do not store your financial data on our own servers.
  • We do not sell your data, ever.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers or any other third party.
  • We do not read your Google Drive beyond the ledger file this app creates.

What we do keep

To let you sign in and share your dashboard with one family member, we keep only the minimum: your account email, the secure permission that lets the app reach your Drive ledger file, an invitation record if you invite someone, anonymous usage and performance measurements, and any feedback you choose to send us. None of this includes your transactions or balances.

Sharing with a family member

If you invite a family member, they can view and update the same ledger file in your Drive. Only people you invite get access, and you can remove that access at any time from Settings.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting Google Drive in Settings removes the app's access straight away. Deleting the ledger file from your Drive permanently deletes your financial data — because it was never anywhere else.
