Personal finance management only

Global Family Finances is provided for personal and household finance management. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. The app helps you record, track and plan your own income, expenses, budgets, assets and liabilities across two countries.

Your data stays in your Google Drive

All financial records, transactions, budgets, assets, liabilities and settings are stored directly in your own Google Drive account. A local copy is also kept on your device so the app works offline. We do not host your financial data on our servers.

You are responsible for your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your Google account secure, and for backing up your data. If you delete the ledger file from your Google Drive or local device, that data cannot be recovered by us.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful personal finance tracking.
• Do not attempt to access another user's Google Drive or ledger file without permission.
• Do not use the app to store or transmit illegal, harmful or infringing content.

No warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations, exchange rates, market valuations or projections will always be accurate or up to date.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
